Welcome to BCD Therapy, where client and therapist work together to ease psychological distress and create meaningful change.

Being a human is hard. Sometimes we need help. Sometimes we need to talk. Sometimes we need to plan. Sometimes we need space. My approach allows for it all. My extensive training enables me to sit with you, listen to your needs, and tailor your therapy to you. You are actively involved. We use your insight and preferences to shape your treatment. We assess where you are, and together, we work on getting you where you want to be. Importantly, my approach is friendly, non-judgemental and supportive.
